Reminder - 2nd Annual "Diabetes: Simplifying the Complexity" conference May 9

Just a reminder that the deadline for registration for the 2nd Annual "Diabetes: Simplifying the Complexity" conference featuring John Walsh, PA, speaking to "pumping and diabetes" is fast approaching. In fact, it is this Friday, May 1. Deadlines are necessary for conferences in order to ensure venue and foods are adequate for conference day. The Radisson requires final numbers by Monday, May 4th.

If you intend to attend, please send your completed registration form and cheque in as soon as possible.

If you have sent your form and payment in but have not yet received a confirmation e-mail, please send a note (through simplifyingthecomplexity@gmail.com) to me indicating you have done so. I will put you on the registrar and be on the look out for your payment.

I have confirmed all completed registrations received to date (e-mail through gmail a/c).

Thank you,

Carol Wei, BScPhm CDE
