Diabetes One Day Conference - Needs Assessment Survey

The Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Diabetes Association - Diabetes Educator Section will be sponsoring a one-day conference in May 2009. 

They are conducting a needs assessment survey to determine the focus of the conference and the speakers to approach. Please complete the survey located at here by November 1.
